The Octagon Terrace (150 sqm) & Garden (80 sqm) for outdoor settings. Protected with a permanent tarp roof, the Terrace is frequently used as an extension area for the buffet station, registration table, photo booth, mobile bar and cocktails. The Pergola is conveniently located inside the CCP extension compound across the street from the landmark World Trade Center and Philippine Trade Training Center. It's in the same secure compound as Wensha Spa and La Pergola Verde Events Pavilion, The Pergola's larger sister venue. The venue is easily accessible through any of three main thoroughfares - Roxas Blvd., Gil Puyat Ave. and Macapagal Blvd.

The Pergola is owned and operated by Octagon Pergola Enterprise & Resources Corp., a family-owned corporation registered with SEC in February 2010. The venue officially opened its doors to the public in May 2010.
