All-inclusive packages for a minimum of 150 covers

In partnership with its accredited caterers, The Pergola  offers a wide array of all-inclusive party packages available at attractive rates. This takes the hassle out of tedious event-planning as the numerous choices combine venue facilities with a variety of catering amenities and menu selections, from the basic to the upgraded. The package rates vary depending on the inclusions and on the choice of catering partner. Clients who may choose a basic package have the option to book additional services and upgrades  from the venue at special discounted rates from its regular suppliers.  
The VENUE PACKAGE includes the following: 
  • five (5) hours’ use of the fully air-conditioned Octagon Hall
  • seven (7) hours’ use of the private Lounge
  • four (4) hours’ ingress
  • two (2) hours’ egress
  • complimentary use of the Octagon Terrace & the Garden Trellis
  • complimentary professional sound system: two speakers, four wired microphones with stands, one cordless microphone, dual CD/DVD player, mixer with 12 inputs, amplifier, equalizer and the services of an operator 
  • Ten (10) units colored LED par lights with DMX controller
  • free use of available stage modules
  • waived corkage fee for Client’s own alcoholic beverages
  • Ten (10) complimentary parking passes from SmartPark
The CATERING PACKAGE includes the following:  
  • buffet menu of choice,
  • full banquet facilities and set-up
  • elegant buffet stations with special floral arrangement 
  • fine table linens and floral centerpieces following Client’s color motif
  • wedding couple’s divan and coffee table or debutante’s chair on elevated platform with special backdrop
  • stylish VIP tables as needed
  • use of red carpet, professional service staff and other essential bridal/debutante's amenities.  
Depending on the level of package, additional amenities may include a cake, bridal car, emcee, event coordinator, photo booth, mobile bar, entertainment, etc.

  • Upgraded party packages with complete theme decor start at packages priced at Php140,000.00.
  • For December bookings, the minimum guarantee required for kiddie parties is 150 guests.
  • Various optional add-ons such as host-magician, food carts, face-painter, giveaways, etc. are available  at special rates​

The Flexibility of Venue Only Package

For those who wish to book a venue package only (please see above inclusions) to allow them the flexibility of customizing a personalized party package with any of our accredited caterers, The Pergola is pleased to offer a rental rate of
  • Php80,000.00 (Valid until 2018)
  • ​Php85,000.00 (Applicable for 2019)
Please take note that The Pergola is committed to work only with its accredited catering partners.

Payment Arrangements

  • 25% Down Payment based on the total party package price due upon confirmation
  • 25% additional Down Payment due six (6) months prior to event date
  • 50% Balance due thirty (30) days prior to event date
Shorter payment terms shall consequently apply for events           booked less than six months before the event date.
For those undecided on their choice of catering package but wish to block  and secure a particular date in our Booking Calendar, the minimum non-refundable Reservation Fee is Php15,000.00. This amount is deductible from the first 25% Down Payment upon confirmation of a catering package. 
The standard refundable Security Deposit in the amount of Php10,000.00 is also payable two weeks prior to event date and refundable five (5) days following conclusion of event.
Do contact us regarding any function smaller than our standard package of 150 guests but not less than 100 guests. We can also customize a package to fit your specific budget and requirements. We are happy to be of assistance in planning your next important event!
