The Pergola is One Year Old!
The Pergola has fast become one of Metro Manila's favorite reception venues since opening its doors in May 2010. Just entered its second year as a special events place, The Pergola celebrated its first anniversary by enhancing the venue with various improvements such as a fresh coat of paint on all its indoor areas, refurbishing its air-conditioned comfort rooms and installing roll-up protective side covers for its Octagon Terrace. The refurbishing followed the addition of a Garden Trellis with polycarbonate roof and two brand new chandeliers in April.
According to The Pergola's president, Lynn Z. Romero, the improvements were made because "in appreciation of our first year's blessings, we wanted to give back by enhancing the venue to better please our clients."
Over the past months, The Pergola has found a niche market in medium sized (150-200 guests) special events such as weddings, debuts, birthday parties, other social occasions and corporate functions. Larger functions have been held at the venue as well, utilizing both indoor and outdoor areas. The Pergola's refreshing ambiance has been a strong point created by wide wood-framed glass windows, outdoor facilities and tropical gardens.
