All-inclusive packages for a minimum of 150 covers
In partnership with its accredited partner caterers, The Pergola offers a wide range of all-inclusive party packages to fit any size of budget. This takes the hassle out of event-planning as the numerous offers combine venue and catering amenities from the basic to the elaborate. The packages come in a range of rates depending on the caterer’s varying menus and exclusive offerings.
The venue package includes the following: five (5) hours’ use of the fully air-conditioned Octagon Hall; seven (7) hours’ use of the private Lounge; four (4) hours’ ingress; two (2) hours’ egress; complimentary use of the Octagon Terrace and the Garden Trellis; complimentary basic light and sound system (2 speakers, 3 mics, dual DVD player, mixer with 12 inputs, amplifier, equalizer, 8 LED colored par lights); service of dedicated technicians; free use of available stage modules; and waiver of corkage fee for Client’s own alcoholic beverages.
The catering package includes the following: buffet menu of choice; full banquet facilities and set-up; elegant buffet stations with special floral arrangement; fine table linens and floral centerpieces following Client’s color motif; fully decorated wedding couple’s table or debutante’s chair, use of red carpet, professional service staff and other essential bridal/debutante's amenities. Depending on the package, additional amenities may include cake, bridal car, emcee, event coordinator, photo booth, mobile bar, entertainment, etc.

For those who wish to book only a venue package (please see above inclusions exclusive for Octagon Hall only) to allow them the flexibility of customizing a personalized party package with any of our partner caterers, The Pergola is pleased to offer rental rates of Php60,000.00 on weekdays and Php65,000.00 on weekends and holidays, the most affordable within its premium vicinity.
