In partnership with its accredited caterers, The Pergola offers a large array of all-inclusive party packages available at attractive rates. This takes the hassle out of tedious event-planning as the numerous offers combine venue facilities with a variety of catering amenities and menu selections, from the basic to the elaborate. The package rates depend on the inclusions and on the choice of catering partner. Those who may choose a basic package have the option to book additional services and upgrades from the venue at special discounted rates from its regular suppliers.

Wedding, Debut and other Buffet Package Rates
- Wedding package rates range from Php158,000.00 - Php350,000.00
- Debut packages start at Php158,000.00 and up
- Discounted rates per cover apply for any number in excess of 150 guests, for wedding and debut events
- Regular Lunch or Dinner Buffets start at Php740.00 per person (minimum of 150 covers)
- Basic party packages with simple amenities like cake or balloons start at Php112,000.00
- Themed party packages with complete theme decor start at Php137,500.00, depending on the caterer and stylist
- Various optional add-ons such as host-magician, food carts, face-painter, giveaways, etc. are available at special rates
The flexibility of Venue Only Package
For those who wish to book a venue package only (please see above inclusions) to allow them the flexibility of customizing a personalized party package with any of our accredited caterers, The Pergola is pleased to offer a rental rate of:
For those undecided on their choice of catering package but wish to block and secure a particular date in our Booking Calendar, the minimum non-refundable Reservation Fee is Php15,000.00. This amount is deductible from the first 25% Down Payment upon confirmation of a catering package.
The standard refundable Security Deposit in the amount of Php10,000.00 is also payable two weeks prior to event date.
